What to Expect: Consultation: Your experience begins with a consultation to understand your brow goals. We discuss your desired brow shape, thickness, and tint shade to tailor the treatment to your preferences. Preparation: The brow area is cleansed to remove any makeup, oils, or impurities. This step ensures that both the lamination and tinting products adhere effectively to your brow hairs. Brow Lamination Process: Application of Lifting Cream: A gentle lifting cream is applied to your brows to soften the hair and make it more pliable for shaping. Shaping: Using a brow brush or comb, the technician shapes your brows into your desired style and sets them in place with a setting lotion. Setting Lotion Application: This step ensures that your brows stay lifted and styled for an extended period. Tinting Process: Colour Selection and Application: A semi-permanent dye, customized to match your natural brow colour or desired shade, is carefully applied to your brows. This enhances the colour and definition of your brows, making them appear fuller and more pronounced. Processing Time: The tint is allowed to develop for a specified period to achieve the desired depth of colour. Finishing Touches: After tinting, any excess dye on the skin is removed, and your brows are groomed to perfection. A nourishing serum or oil may be applied to condition your brows and enhance their shine. Aftercare Instructions: Avoid getting your brows wet for the first 24 hours after the service to ensure the lamination and tint fully set. Refrain from using oil-based facial products or makeup removers on the brow area, as they can cause the tint to fade more quickly. Avoid excessive sun exposure, swimming, and sweating for 24 hours post-treatment to maintain the longevity of the results. Results: Immediately after the service, your brows will appear lifted, styled, and beautifully tinted. Brow lamination provides a structured and groomed look that lasts up to 6-8 weeks, while the tint enhances the colour and definition for 4-6 weeks. Combined, these treatments give you fuller, more defined brows with minimal maintenance.
Cancellation Policy
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in the full cost of the treatment being forfeited. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, you will receive store credit, which can be used for future services or purchases with us. Discounts Packages are already priced at a competitive rate, and as such, no additional discounts can be applied. This policy ensures that we continue to provide high-quality services while maintaining the best value for all our clients. Yearly Packages: Yearly packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include all services listed in your subscription plan. Individual or Add-On Packages: Packages purchased outside of a yearly plan (e.g., session bundles, service credits, special add-ons) are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. Unused sessions or services after 6 months will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
