Cancellation Policy
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in the full cost of the treatment being forfeited. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late Arrival and No-Show Policy We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur. We allow a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be cancelled. Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, you will receive store credit, which can be used for future services or purchases with us. Discounts Packages are already priced at a competitive rate, and as such, no additional discounts can be applied. This policy ensures that we continue to provide high-quality services while maintaining the best value for all our clients. Yearly Packages: Yearly packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include all services listed in your subscription plan. Individual or Add-On Packages: Packages purchased outside of a yearly plan (e.g., session bundles, service credits, special add-ons) are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. Unused sessions or services after 6 months will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
