No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in the full cost of the treatment being forfeited. Yearly Packages: Yearly packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include all services listed in your subscription plan. Individual or Add-On Packages: Packages purchased outside of a yearly plan (e.g., session bundles, service credits, special add-ons) are valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase. Unused sessions or services after 6 months will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
